The perfect munchies

Ingredients (for 3-4 bars)

  • 1/2 cup of cocoa butter 
  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • Excerpt from vanillato taste
  • Steviafor extra sweetening (optional)
  • Parchment or waxed paper

Preparation

Melt the cocoa butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the coconut oil and melt. Add the honey and mix well. Add the cocoa powder. Stir in the chia seeds and shredded coconut. Add the vanilla and stevia. Pour the mixture on a parchment paper, bake at 180° for 30 minutes, remove, let cool and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
